Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 399o website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Dragon Tiger Luck, Fortune Dragon, and all other games and services — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Your acceptance is confirmed each time you log in to your 399o account. If 399o updates these Terms (see Section 13), your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply exclusively to players based in Bangladesh. 399o is an English-language platform designed for the Bangladeshi market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you are accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to use 399o, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active account.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.
• Not be residing in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 399o, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.

399o reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory verification has been completed. Providing false documents or misrepresenting your age or identity is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one account only on the 399o platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid phone number or email address.
• Keep your registration information current and promptly update it if any details change.
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account.
• Not use a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to misrepresent your location or identity during registration or at any time thereafter.

399o reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. 399o also reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to adjust or void any bets or winnings associated with accounts found to be in violation of the single-account rule.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 399o login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, store them in an insecure location, or use credentials that are easily guessable.

• You must notify 399o's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.
• 399o will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 399o that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all 399o accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• 399o is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that 399o itself has not been negligent in the storage or handling of those credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 399o platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may change; the current list is displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes specified at the point of request, which vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• Identity verification requirement: All withdrawal requests require completed identity verification (KYC). 399o will not process a withdrawal to an account or payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method and account used for the original deposit where technically possible. Third-party payment transactions are prohibited.
• Currency: 399o does not apply currency conversion fees on standard BDT transactions. Where a payment provider applies its own fees, those fees are outside 399o's control and the player is responsible for reviewing the provider's own fee schedule.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

399o offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses must be wagered within the time limit specified. Bonus funds not wagered within the time limit will be removed from your account automatically.
• 399o reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player, and to modify the terms of ongoing offers with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk artificially, or exploiting software errors — is prohibited. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device is permitted.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 399o platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino game variants, and crash games are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Sportsbook: Bets placed on 399o's sportsbook are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL Tournament Committee for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In-play bets are settled on the result at the time the event concludes, not at the time of placement.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated cut-off period, or if the odds were published in error due to a technical fault. Void bets are refunded to the player's real-money balance in full.
• Live casino: All live casino games (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Blackjack, and others) are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, 399o's system log is the authoritative record of the round outcome.
• Slots and RNG games: All slot titles and RNG-based casino games available on 399o use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are independently audited. RTP figures are available on request.
• Maximum winnings: Single-event maximum payout limits may apply and are displayed in the relevant betting market or game rules section. 399o reserves the right to limit maximum winnings where a bet has been placed based on erroneous odds.
• Errors and technical faults: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious error in odds or game outcomes, 399o reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 399o is not liable for any winnings paid as a result of a manifest error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399o platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the voiding of all pending and settled bets, and the forfeiture of your account balance:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any technical method to disguise your true location or identity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation — including placing bets based on inside knowledge of a manipulated sporting event.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to move funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 399o's support team or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, intercept platform communications, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.

9 Responsible Gaming

399o provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available free of charge from your account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session time controls: Limit the total amount of time you spend logged in to the platform per day or per session.
• Reality-check reminders: Receive a pop-up notification at intervals you choose, showing your session duration and net result, prompting you to evaluate your play.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 48 hours, one week, two weeks, or up to six weeks). During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended and you cannot deposit, bet, or log in.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Request permanent closure of your 399o account. This is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During permanent self-exclusion, 399o will take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-registering.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 399o platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, text, game assets, odds data, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 399o or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 399o content without prior written permission from 399o.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights and is licensed to 399o for display on the platform.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 399o platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to download, archive, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399o's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 399o is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if 399o has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 399o is not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party service provider failures.
• 399o does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 399o will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 399o makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

12 Privacy & Data

399o collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary: 399o collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the provision of customer support. 399o does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the support team, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

13 Amendments to Terms

399o reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 399o will notify registered players via the email address or contact information associated with their account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 399o platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.

14 Termination of Accounts

399o reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false identity information or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other unlawful activity.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward 399o staff or other platform users.
• A request for permanent self-exclusion submitted by the account holder.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 399o reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, 399o may forfeit the balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (e.g., voluntary closure), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of identity verification.

15 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute concerning a bet settlement, account transaction, bonus calculation, or any other aspect of the 399o platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to the 399o English-language support team at [email protected], providing your account username, the date and details of the disputed event or transaction, and a clear description of the outcome you are seeking. Support is available 24/7 on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 399o will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a full written response within seven (7) business days. Complex disputes involving game logs or payment records may take up to 14 business days.

The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative text in any dispute. 399o's system logs — including bet placement records, game round results, and transaction timestamps — are the definitive record of platform activity and take precedence over any player-side records in a dispute.
